Programs: Spring & Fall 2026

*Parent Participation Required

Youngsters and their adults come to engage in slow paced, open-ended play and art exploration. We then offer a gathering with stories and songs and then we proceed on a forest walk (or roll). This is a great way great way for parents and children to gather, make new friends, decompress and enjoy the peacefulness of the forest.

Cost: $22 a session for the first child, Siblings are $17 (under 18 months is FREE) 

*recent increase from $20 to $22, keeping daily fees consistent throughout the three Hatchlings programs 

Registration Form: 

-A relaxed late summer morning in the forest with open-ended play, process art, songs and story.

Nestlings is a Pilot Program for children ages 3.5 to 6 years old and is inspired by the BC Early Learning Framework. With a ratio of 1:6, we offer a playful outdoor program where children have ample time to explore and engage in nature, where relationships & connection come first. We take risks, enjoy process art, work as a team and follow the child's sense of wonder and curiosity. 

 

FALL 2026: September 25th to November 6th

A playful forest program for children, suitable for both Homeschool and non-homeschool families wanting their child to attend small group forest play and learning. We value risky play, process art, messy hands on learning and we prioritise connection, relationships, respect and kindness.
